How plans work
Simple to start, simple to keep.
Your first visit
If the home hasn’t had a professional clean in a while, we’ll suggest starting with a deep clean, priced as a deep clean (from $200). Plan rates apply once the home is at standard.
The same checklist every time
Each visit follows the same scope, so you always know what’s been done. Need something extra one week? Add it when you message us.
Pay per clean
You pay for each visit. When we confirm your plan we’ll tell you whether payment is due at booking, on the day, or when the clean is finished.
Moving a visit
Reschedule or cancel a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Inside 24 hours, a $100 fee may apply.
A local cleaner
Your local cleaner, and we come to you. We confirm the details with you before the first visit.

Questions
Which plan should I choose?
Fortnightly is our pick for most homes: often enough that nothing builds up, without paying for visits you don’t need. Weekly makes sense with kids, pets or a full house. Every 3 weeks or monthly suits smaller or tidier homes.
Can I start on a plan straight away?
If the home is already well kept, yes. If it hasn’t been professionally cleaned for a while, we’ll suggest a deep clean first so regular visits can hold the standard rather than chase it.
Why is the price a range?
The range covers the condition of the home. Choose the condition in the quote tool for a closer figure. We confirm the final price before anything is booked, and every price includes GST.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave access for us, and we agree how we get in when we confirm the first visit. Just make sure we can get in at the booked time, because if we can’t, a $100 call-out fee may apply.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Unless we agree otherwise, we bring the standard cleaning products and equipment. If you’d like us to use something specific in your home, leave it out and we will.
What if a visit isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean, with a few details or photos. If it’s part of the agreed scope, we can come back to put it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, and the details are in our terms.
