Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking through our website, phone, email, or any other booking method, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Sevana Clean.
Scope of Services

Sevana Clean provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
Residential cleaning
Deep cleaning
End-of-lease cleaning
Office and commercial cleaning
Services are performed according to the selected service type and associated checklist. Any tasks outside the defined scope may require additional time and charges.
Pricing

Prices displayed on the website or provided during enquiry are indicative starting prices only and are based on standard property conditions.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
Property size
Property condition
Level of dirt or build-up
Additional services requested
Access limitations
Time required to complete the service
If the actual property condition significantly differs from the description provided during booking, Sevana Clean reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly. Any adjustments will be communicated to the client before continuing the service where reasonably possible.
The minimum booking value and cancellation/call out fee $100.

Clients must provide accurate information when booking, including:
Property size
Number of rooms
Property condition
Required services
Access details
Failure to provide accurate information may result in pricing adjustments, service delays, or rescheduling.
Property Condition & Service Adjustments

Sevana Clean provides services for both residential and commercial properties including offices and business premises.
If a property is found to be in a condition significantly different from what was described at the time of booking, Sevana Clean reserves the right to:
Adjust pricing
Modify the scope of work
Allocate additional time or staff
Reschedule the service if required
Any significant adjustments will be discussed with the client before proceeding wherever possible.
Access to Property

The client must ensure that cleaners have safe and timely access to the property at the agreed service time.
If cleaners are unable to access the property due to incorrect access information, locked premises, or other client-related issues, Sevana Clean reserves the right to charge a call-out fee or cancellation fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to compensate for reserved scheduling time.
Additional Work Requests

Any additional cleaning tasks requested that are not included in the originally agreed service may incur additional charges.
Where possible, additional services will be quoted and approved by the client before being performed.
Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

Sevana Clean provides all necessary professional cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must ensure access to basic utilities such as running water and electricity where required.
Pets

For the safety of both pets and cleaners, clients must ensure pets are secured or supervised during the service.
Sevana Clean is not responsible for pets escaping from the property during the cleaning service.
Damage, Risk & Insurance

Sevana Clean operates with appropriate public liability insurance for cleaning operations.
While every care is taken when performing services, Sevana Clean is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Loose fixtures or fittings
Poorly installed or fragile items
Damage caused by faulty materials or improper installation
Clients must report any concerns or damage within 24 hours of the service to allow proper investigation.
Satisfaction Gurantee

If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, they must notify Sevana Clean within 24 hours of service completion.
Where appropriate, Sevana Clean may arrange a return visit to rectify reasonable issues related to the original scope of work.
This guarantee does not apply to services that were not originally requested.
Photography & Documentation

Sevana Clean may take before and after photographs of cleaned areas for documentation and quality assurance purposes.
These photographs will not contain personal identifying information and will not be publicly used without client consent.
Payment

Change to Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the booking method but generally require payment at the time of booking or immediately following completion of the service.
Sevana Clean reserves the right to refuse future services to clients with outstanding unpaid invoices.
Unpaid Invoices

Failure to complete payment may result in:
Additional late fees
Suspension of future services
Debt recovery action where necessary
The client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable costs associated with recovering unpaid invoices.
Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sevana Clean’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Sevana Clean will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the provision of services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Force Majeure

Sevana Clean will not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events outside reasonable control including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Illness
Equipment failure
Accidents
Government restrictions
Subcontractors

Sevana Clean may engage trained subcontractors or staff to perform services where necessary.
All subcontractors engaged will be required to operate in accordance with Sevana Clean’s service standards.
Sevana Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the Sevana Clean website.
