The guarantee
If the agent flags it, we fix it.
Send us your agent’s checklist before the clean and we’ll work to it. If anything within the agreed scope is flagged within 24 hours of the clean, we come back and fix it at no charge.
The guarantee covers the clean itself. It doesn’t cover damage, wear and tear, marks that can’t be removed, or areas left out of the scope.

What does the 24-hour bond-back guarantee cover?
If your agent or landlord flags anything within the agreed scope within 24 hours of the clean, we return and reclean it at no charge. It covers the cleaning, not damage, wear and tear, or areas excluded from the scope. The full terms are in our terms and conditions.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, yes. Pricing assumes an empty home so we can reach inside cupboards, wardrobes and behind where furniture stood. If it’ll still be furnished, mention it in the estimate.
Is the estimate the final price?
It’s an indicative range. Bond cleans vary with condition and what the agent asks for, so we confirm the final price after reviewing the property or photos, before booking.
Do you clean carpets?
Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of the base clean. Ask us when you book and we’ll tell you what we can arrange.
